I have described the note as best I can. However, since opinions on grading often differ, bidders should examine the scans carefully and bid accordingly. Any questions relating to the condition of the notes should be made before bidding and not after winning the auction.

International buyer/bidder: $10 International registered shipping with tracking.
Shipping of item will be to eBay/PayPal official residential addresses. I do not ship to any PO Box addresses. Bidders using a PO Box as their mailing address, please do check with me first before bidding.
Return Policy:
Return is accepted if listed item is found to be different from what is described. The buyer will have to bear the postage charges for sending the item back. Full refunds will be made once the item is returned in its original condition.
