Treat your guests like royalty with our cast iron sculptural Lion and the Snake door knocker. A reproduction of the French emblems-a lion representing Louis Philippe I, the last King of the French, who ascended the throne in 1830 under the sign of Leo, and the snake depicted as the many-headed serpent-symbolizing enlightenment and the approval of the people and political change. To celebrate, the image was included in many statues and artistic creations. The artist of Toscano’s version of this elegant door knocker sculpted the lion with a thick mane framing his proud countenance in tufts and curls. Sand-cast in foundry iron using an age old four step method, our two piece Lion and Snake cast iron door knocker with strike plate will grace any door, office or make a thoughtful housewarming gift.

How long should I wait before I receive my order?
In-Stock Non-Freight Items
We ship the product directly from our warehouse. Most items ship by UPS and will arrive within 5-7 business days from the shipment date.
In-Stock Freight Delivery
Some large, heavy or bulky and Furniture products require delivery by truck/motor freight. Those items are marked with the truck icon. These items ship from our warehouse and depending on your location you should receive a call to set up a delivery appointment within 3-7 business days.
All truck/motor freight deliveries are to the first door of the building only. Delivery service is available Monday-Friday during normal business hours. Delivery times are generally scheduled within a 4-hour window.
The carrier will call you directly to schedule an appointment, so please provide us with a daytime phone number when ordering.

Report any discrepancy or damaged product within 24 hours to our Customer Services Department M-F 8am to 6pm CST. You must retain the original carton and damaged merchandise for inspection, otherwise a claim, replacement or refund cannot be honored. Please send us message for more information.
Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it must be returned to receive a refund or exchange. Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of merchandise and for all shipping costs. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE once your order has been shipped. Customized orders and personalized items are non-refundable. Please contact us directly for damaged products received.
Simple Procedure
Repack items carefully in the original packing materials with the return form (on the back of your invoice) and prepay shipping. For your protection, returned packages must be insured for the value of your merchandise. We will issue a refund back to PayPal.
